Admittedly, this content is a bit dated now and the newest firmware is much better... so I'd encourage you to check out the new editor and get to work programming your unit.

Here's how I still set mine up:

MIDI Baby Controls

• Center Tap: Tap Tempo

• Center Hold: Mode Toggle

• Center Long Hold: Tuner
  

• Left Tap: Preset Down

• Right Tap: Preset Up
  

• Left Hold: FS4

• Right Hold: FS5
